It was bound to be a great day.....November 24, 1997....a monday...Color It Red was scheduled to perform at Mayric's.....am suppose to meet these 2 pseudo-leftist-activist friends of mine....dare i say these 2 are also testosterone freaks....the night is set to be full of oggling and drooling......i should have knowned it was not gonna be like what i expected.....still..., it turned out quite fine...but not the way i pictured it.....
i should have seen the signs...or were they omens....from m' gods or from theirs.......who knows......it started with these morons from work...yeah...ye read it right...from work...or more like hard labor now a days....some people tend to think that just because their heads are empty then they can use it for banging....praktis lang naman....mga 2 minutes bawat araw....baka masanay din.....am not into violence.....but am into emotional torture and the likes.....sabi nga ni Carly Simon...." nuthin' stays the same, but if yer willing ta play the game...it'll be coming around again ".....too mushy for ye....then how about some Alice in Chains.....

At the bar.....what time?....don't know....don't really care....Blue Ice....wala na.....Colt...out of stock, too.....okay...i settled for a Super Dry....and the band played on....what songs.....?....and in what order?.....hey...i never really planned to do this.....so i didn't wrote the set list down[will do in the future].....noticed Minco's lady....she's reading a book.....maganda kaya?....about what....don't know....don't care....but she's really damaging her nice eyes by reading with that kinda lighting....well....she's got those mighty fine glasses....so...i guess it's kewl.....
How did they sound?.....well as always....Cooky's voice just reaches out and stomps yer brain juices out....not with hard blows...but rather with soothing, soft carresses......galing talaga....Bopip's boppin' like...well....crazy....parang si Mally din...hehehhe...TTT...Sam's carrying the LEAD keyboard quite nice.....smooth pa rin ang tugtugan kahit walang lead guitarist....talk about guts....this band can back it up...listening to their records doesn't do them justice.......in the flesh, by yer ear is where they deserved to be seen and heard....mas ramdam mo ang kaluluwa.....[soul.....lol].....they did a song....a tagalog one.....from the new album....don't hev it as of writing......the instrumental sounded like " Dolphins "....rehass?......don't care!!...sounded great.....also...that Bilog one.....were they singing about gin?.....the Lolita Carbon.....hmmmm....also in the new album......wonder where i can get 375??????!!! They did 2 short sets......guess....they[the band]......didn't like....the way they sounded without a lead axe.....Cooky kept on apologizing for the incompleteness of their music....sounded bleedin' complete to me.....in between sets....i noticed a few salient things.....intangibles....insignificant to the human eye....there ye go...it's out....am not human....hehehhe..." We Are Not Alone"....by the bar....there is this kewl Blue Ice dim light....could anyone hev noticed me if a pocketed that one....sure thing....for one...it was too big for my pocket....in fact...too big for all my pocket combined......was Clapton trying to comfort Kurt when he sang....."
